Abstract

What's the first thing you should do when you walk into an employer's office? If an interviewer offers you a cup of coffee, should you accept it? A good interview is the single most important factor to getting the job you want. So do you know what it takes to "wow" your interviewers? Al Marquis, a founding partner of Marquis Aurbach Coffing, shares his insight into interviews based on nearly four decades of experience.
