Abstract
Professor Marketa Trimble spoke with students on the topic of "The Highs and Lows of Empirical Research in Law (Using Examples from Intellectual Property Law)." Her discussion touched on many of the strengths and weaknesses of empirical research generally, and showed why intellectual property law is an area full of hot topics and good cases for empirical research.
