Abstract

In this question and answer session, Professor Lazos discusses the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Parents Involved in Community Schools v. Seattle School District No. 1 et al. v. Jefferson County Board of Education et al., that school districts cannot assign students to a particular campus based on race, even if the goal was integration rather than segregation.
