Abstract
Join us for a virtual/live discussion led by Professor Christopher Capozzola on his book, Bound By War: How the United States and the Philippines Built America's First Century. The long and entwined military history of the United States and the Philippines has raised fundamental questions about the U.S. constitution. How have Americans and Filipinos debated that shared constitutional history, and how might it inform contemporary policy?
