Abstract
A guest post on the Technology & Marketing Law blog in which Professor Marketa Trimble explains the significance of a recent decision by the D.C. Circuit Appeals Court in Spanski Enterprises v. Telewizja Polska S.A on the issue of geoblocking. Trimble argues the role of geoblocking needs to clarified for those concerned with the personal jurisdiction and liability implications of "internet actors."
