Abstract
A guest post on the Technology & Marketing Law blog in which Professor Marketa Trimble discusses recent U.S. court decisions that suggest that geoblocking may no longer be optional for website operators who want to avoid being subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the United States. Prof. Trimble notes that courts are increasingly "weary of arguments that geoblocking is infeasible, imperfect, or costly."
