Nevada Law Journal
Erratum
The Journal staff would like to correct an error made in recent publication. In Andrew F. Dixon's piece, entitled Remedying Judicial Foot-in-Mouth Disease: Nevada's Prohibitions Against Judicial Commentary on Evidence and the Rule of Harmless Error (Volume 3, Issue 3:572 - Spring 2003), the Journal neglected to include footnote 1. Consequently, the information in footnote 2 should correspond to the material accompanying footnote 1 in the text. All subsequent footnotes are likewise off by one number. The Journal staff regrets these errors, and appreciates the patience of its authors and readers.
