Abstract
Tax Payment Options for Taxpayers Suffering Financial Hardships: Offer in Compromise: Taxpayers who owe the IRS money and are experiencing extreme financial hardship have several options. One such option is an offer in compromise and may be available when a taxpayer is able to pay something towards her tax debt.
