Abstract
Tax Payment Options for Taxpayers Suffering Financial Hardships: Currently Not Collectible Status: Taxpayers who owe the IRS money and are experiencing extreme financial hardship have several options. One such option is requesting currently not collectible status and may be available when a taxpayer’s total income is less than her allowable expenses.
